These terms apply to all bookings made with MeccaMedinah.
All bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed. Prices are per person, based on the stated occupancy, and subject to availability at the time of booking.
Advertised prices are "from" prices and may vary by date, availability, exchange rates and supplier changes until your booking is confirmed in writing.
Guests are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond travel. We process Umrah visas as part of the package; visa issuance remains at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Cancellation and amendment charges depend on supplier and airline terms which will be confirmed at booking. Some fares and Ramadan bookings are non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible for any change.
Flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected — protection is provided through Brightsun Trvales UK Limited, the ATOL holder (ATOL 3853). When you pay you will receive an ATOL Certificate — please check it to ensure everything you booked is listed.
Guests must follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any health requirements in force at the time of travel.
We act as an organiser working with named airlines, hotels and licensed ground operators; our liability is limited to arrangements under our direct control. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
